It was an honor to host West Virginia Native Emily Calandrelli at AST!
The West Virginia Department of Education and West Virginia Public Broadcasting have partnered together to produce a series entitled “The Future is You!”. This upcoming series will inspire students age 12-16 to pursue non-traditional CTE pathways that lead to successful careers.
AST’s CEO, Arria Foster-Hines had the chance to advocate, promote and discuss girls in STEM Careers with Emily which will air in the near future. Through this one-on-one interview, Arria discussed exciting occupations in technology and engineering and how to find ways to ensure young girls are finding pathways to these careers!
