Olivia Underwood is a Materials Scientist at Sandia’s National Laboratories. In 2019, she was named one of Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under Forty. Olivia started at Sandia as a postdoctoral appointee, and now as a product realization team lead, she manages the technical and programmatic aspects for components throughout the product lifecycle. In addition to her professional aspirations, she’s deeply invested in helping inspire students to pursue STEM careers, and is particularly passionate about changing the face of STEM.
